SAMPLING OF COMPLETED PROJECTS

Technology Client-85,000 RSF LEED Gold tenant improvement that consisted of data center, misc. labs, large training room, café/kitchens, conference rooms, and collaborative open space / lounge areas. 

Technology Client–2.5 MW, 250 rack data center buildout.

Technology Client-30,000 RSF raised floor project with open office, multi-function training room, lounge areas, lab areas, and conference rooms with high-end AV systems.

Technology Client-55,000 RSF project consisting of open office, breakrooms/kitchens, combination lounge/great rooms and multiple conference rooms with high end AV systems. 

Technology Client-80,000 RSF project consisting of demolition and remodel of two 40,000 SF floor plates. Project included multiple conference rooms, teaming rooms and a data center.

Technology Client-18,000 RSF tenant improvement with significant data center as part of program. In addition, project consisted of open office, lounge/multipurpose areas, conference areas and high-end kitchen. 

Technology Client-Demo and renovation of 80,000 RSF project. Scope included a showcase data center, interconnecting stair, production area with hi-pile racks, shipping and receiving area. Included multi-use lobby, all hands area and cafeteria.

Technology Client- 60,000 RSF gut and remodel project. Two 30,000 SF floor plates. Included structural retrofitting for new inter-connecting stair with exposed ceilings and hi-end finishes. Project also included a data center w/multiple café areas. 

Mid Rise Office Building– 175,000 SF ground up shell and core project with underground parking, plus tenant improvements. 

Hi Rise Office Building– Comprehensive preconstruction services for 30 story ground up, shell and core office building.

Retail/Web Services Client–120,000 RSF multi-floor tenant improvement consisting of interconnecting stair, full-service cafeteria, all hands area, seating for 500+ associates, hi-end audio visual systems and video walls.

Retail/Web Services Client–110,000 RSF multi-floor tenant improvement consisting of interconnecting stair, cafeteria, all hands area, seating for 450+ associates, hi-end audio visual systems, production, and shipping/receiving space.

Gaming Clients-Multiple tenant improvements for various gaming companies. Typical elements included open office w/significant infrastructure to support gaming systems, motion capture, lounge areas, multiple conference rooms and high-end AV systems.

Financial Services Client–Performed multiple retail branch buildouts, ATMs, and base building upgrades. Managed multiple regional and national programs/initiatives.

Financial Services Client - Multi-site program management and project management for several high end tenant improvements and base building upgrade projects ranging from 5,000 RSF to 100,000 RSF.

Clean Energy Client-National multi-site program and project management of warehouse/production facilities. Typical space program ranged from 5,000 RSF-30,000 RSF with 80% of footprint dedicated to production, warehouse, and shipping/receiving functions and 20% of footprint dedicated to office/other functions. 

Clean Energy Client-Multi-floor 60,000 RSF tenant improvement consisting of open office, breakrooms, lounge areas, and conference rooms with high end AV systems. 

Pharmaceutical Client-Project was 20,000 RSF consisting of open office, break/kitchen areas, flex rooms with demountable walls and multiple conference rooms with lab spaces.

Bio-Tech Client-Project consisted of relocating multiple groups throughout several buildings to accommodate critical lab build outs. Program manager responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating overall re-stack initiative along w/facilitating lab buildouts. Restack involved 6+ buildings and 600+ associates.

Bio-Tech Client-20,000 RSF demo and renovation project with significant coordination required between contractor and furniture vendor to meet client’s design requirements.

Bio-Tech Client- 50,000 RSF renovation of two floors including build out of large executive training room and multiple lab spaces. 

Advertising Client-18,000 RSF gut and interior remodel. Included open office area, lobby upgrade and perimeter conference areas. 

Live Entertainment Client-60,000 RSF gut and interior remodel of two floors. Included all hands areas, hybrid cafeterias, large open office areas and multiple hi-end conference rooms with audio video systems.

Brokerage Client-15,000 RSF interior renovation project. Perimeter hard wall/conference rooms along with open seating areas. Included tenant lobby renovation.

Brokerage Client–High end 8,000 RSF Interior renovation project. Perimeter hard wall/conference rooms along with open seating areas plus lobby renovation. This was a new shell/core building requiring significant coordination between LL and TI contractors.

Law Firm-30,000 RSF demo and renovation project that included open office area, unique lounge concept, collaborative areas and perimeter offices.

Law Firm-25,000 RSF tenant improvement that included open office area, conference rooms, library, collaborative space, break areas and perimeter offices. 

Consulting Firm Client-30,000 RSF demo and interior renovation. Included all hands areas, café/break areas, large open office areas and multiple hi-end conference rooms.
